In spite of what you think you know about how business works, let me turn things on their head:

There is no such thing as B2B or B2C

It’s all P2P

I often hear it discussed in my business, and at property networking groups, the difference between B2B (business to business) and B2C (business to consumer) transactions.

It’s all nonsense, to be honest! The way I see it, every transaction is P2P – people-to-people!

Whether you are directly dealing with your consumer, or with a business who deals with the consumer, at the end of the day: it’s about the person at the other end of the transaction.

The person you are transacting with in a business, still have needs and objections which need to be handled. Yes, these will be different, dependent on whether another business, or a customer, but isn’t every transaction different anyway, according to product or service. There may even be differences from one day to the next, or around how someone is feeling in a given moment.

In property it’s always, all about the people. Always, always, always!
